Mr. Milam was outstanding! We were uneasy with trying to sell our home in the current market, but Mr. Milam put a plan together to sell our home. He was attentive to our request and continued to bring people to see our home even as other homes in our area were not receiving looks. He sold our home promptly for a fair price. We could not have been happier with both the sell and purchase of our new home. I have property that I plan to sell in the next year and will only consider him to assist me with the transaction.
